At this meeting the sidecar class is for F2 sidecars only, including pre-injection F2, but the next meeting on June 20/21 is the Barry Sheene Festival and there will be separate races for both F2 and Classic/Post Classic sidecars. So all you classic teams make sure to get the date on your racing calendar, we want you there and the spectators love to see your on track antics as well as having a good look at your fantastic machines in the paddock.
Please note that all competitors, including sidecar passengers, need an ACU National Licence or equivalent as for all race meetings held on closed real road circuits.
This is England’s only pure road racing circuit and anyone that doesn’t know the circuit can visit at any time and ride around this fantastic venue, apart from when race meetings are on obviously. The only thing to remember is that outside of race meetings it is an open road with speed limits and two way traffic so please ride/drive safely and courteously.
