I'd say Rudi Kurth, with the Cat outfit with the Cresent engine.
The rear suspension is based on Citreon car design.
The stripe on the arms of the leathers also give it away as being Rudi Kurth???
If it is Rudi, it looks like he had a short back & sides trim :lol:
As for year, a guess, 1972???
Maybe Silverstone?

Proud to be an anorak where Rudi Kurth is concerned :D :notworthy:
He was light years ahead of the rest with his chassis design & innovation & still is with his push bikes. :notworthy:

it was a great pity they never got the reliability sorted,cos his engineering and his idea,s were streets,ahead of everyone else
