As usual, two French teams need to borrow transponders during next TT.
It'll be Lionel Mansuy and Mélanie Farnier who raced for the first time last year, and Newcomer Thierry Laforest and Francky Fouet.
Thank you to Dan to borrow his own transponder (as usual) to Estelle Leblond (as usual) !!
