What changes do you make for weight distribution with different engines Mike? Does the chair wheel move about, do you calculate the wheel weights front to rear or does it not really vary much?

Yes Steve a bit of juggling around with wheelbase to suit the drivers size then I have a ratio which I try to work to for corner weights. I use bathroom scales ;)

Do they not fit into CRMC or BHR? (My ignorance rises to the fore again :P ) Post classics with a kind word to the rep? Just curious and a bit off topic for the pics, it's always me

No Steve, I think you'll find, & understandably so with Classic, the owner has to proove that the engine was raced in the period.
We need an "open Classic" class, but then you could say there are too many classes chasing the entry fees.

I really did try not to take this off topic :D

Back to Mike, apart from the engine being a different shape to the usual to fit in, what other bits are going to be awkward? Is the exhaust run going to be ok? Anything we haven't thought of, or more interesting anything you hadn't thought of when you started it?
