NEW FOR 2026 - The Snetterton Sidecar Showdown!
In conjunction with the FSRA (Formula Sidecar Racing Association), the CRMC are delighted to announce a new event, the Snetterton Sidecar Showdown, debuting at the CRMC race meeting on 30-31 May 2026.
One Free Practice, One Qualifying Session and 3 Timed Races (rather than laps) will cater for not only Classic outfits, but also BEARS, as well as Fuel Injection and Pre Injection F1, F2 and F600s.
Whilst we appreciate that our Snetterton meeting falls during the Isle of Man TT, this is a brilliant opportunity for those not attending the TT to get some track time at one of the UKs best circuits, on the rarely used for sidecars 200 layout, providing smooth and fast racing.
Alongside this, we will see the continuation of the CRMC Sidecar Championships, as they reach the midpoint of their 2026 campaign.
More news to come on the 2026 season, but this event will be special, and brings together a huge variety of outfits, running a timed race, meaning that no one will "lose laps" in this new and unique event!
