FREE THE WELSH DAPH ONE

Welsh Daph has been detained by doctors at a hospital in Norfolk for the last 10 days . . . she's hoping to be released today . . . but is concerned that she's untrackable since she's changed wards several times in the last couple of days.

So I'm starting a petition to Free the Welsh Daph One.

Am considering starting a collection so we can purchase a tracking device :P

All joshing aside, Daph's been very poorly and has spent the last 10 days in hospital rigged up to oxygen and on a concoction of painkillers and medication to restore order (she'll be talking with a Welsh accent again and everything!)

She must be very poorly if she needs painkillers and medication before she can restore order,
she just usually needs a few words and a 'watch it sunshine' look :witch:

Thank you for your good wishes. I escaped this evening and now being looked after at home by Hubby.
We hear a lot of people knocking the NHS, but my first hand experience has been great..the Paramedic arrived within 8 minutes and was quickly followed by the Ambulance, they asked if I had any preference which hospital I went to...we live inbetween Kings Lynn and Norwich, I said I didn't mind,but added...the way I'm feeling and hurting you can stop at the Vet's and have me put down!! They were very reassuring and said,Norfolk & Norwich is where we're taking you, from the minute the Paramedic arrived to me coming home,I have been treated with the utmost care & respect by every member of the NHS, Doctors,Nurses,Nursing Assistants,Catering & Cleaning, each and every one of them played a part in getting me back to good health, as for the food, it was excellent and a very wide choice. To be honest there was nothing you could find fault with 8-) had I been a private patient I would never have got better treatment.

If you are wondering what was wrong with me, I started with 'that'hacking cough which developed into Pleurisy and somehow I also ended up with blood clots in both lungs!!!

Hopefully I will have reassured any riders that are going to fall off or out at Snetterton :D :D that they will be well looked after [wave.gif] [wave.gif] [wave.gif] [wave.gif] [wave.gif]

Glad you are home Daph and making life hell for John again :twak: . What a good job you didn't get a dose of man-flu or you would have really known what being poorly really is :roll:

He's feeling safe Ali,being as I'm limited to short journeys at the moment [wave.gif] :witch: :witch: as is our New Zealand friend ;) both realise that I haven't the strength to hold onto the broom handle,let alone give any hand signals! :lol:
