I would agree Cadwell between Mansfeild and bottom of mountain (just about where the new bus stop is now) My suggestion for the driver is Granville Head (eddy) from Howden East Yorkshire.

I did think it could be Coppice, but that would mean the photographer would have to be on the infield,and I can't see that being allowed!
