Boats cancelled today, which was known last night, so newspapers were scheduled to be flown in from Birmingham this morning. Birmingham airport closed today, so no papers. It doesn't matter as there's very little, if anything, appertaining to the Isle of Man in them.
No pleasure is worth giving up for the sake of two more years in a geriatric home.

Surely the Steam Racket can't be to blame for the airports as well.
Looking at the picture of Kirk Michael do you think practice will run? Will they allow studs or spikes.

Airport wasn't shut... the plane due to deliver them had a problem. Co-op has hired a Hercules to fly in the food which would have come on the boat.

What was the problem with the plane. Couldn't the pilot find it in the snow drift,?
