Yes. It's sheets of rain here at the moment. Been raining up there all night, and the water runs off the hills and across the road... it will have overflowed all the ditches and pulled debris on to the road. The DOI guys just finished preparing it yesterday, and they will be flat out again now. the water gets held in the peat and gradually comes out for days after too. :-(

Archallagan/Foxdale road shut too, but it doesn't affect the Manx.
