Hmmmmm! :offtopic: (ish) I know I already posted that personally I don’t think turning practice into qualifying to be a good idea, especially with the ‘unknowns’ of the Manx weather, but isn’t it going to confuse the cr*p out of spectators ? They won’t know who’s going well or not, if they don’t know when anybody set off ! or am I missing something ? :?

They'll still know who's who, if they have a programme, which they didn't with the old system where you got a new number. The new online service, should, I think tell those with suitable phones, who is where.

It's OK Wal, the spectators will be so far away from the side of the course in the new 'fanzones' that they won't be able to read the numbers anyway. But yes, you probably are missing something!

Just been talking to the peeps doing the entries who tell me that there were 60 places allotted for sidecars, but they only have 55 entered, including 8 newcomers ! pity we couldn’t fill it up.

Yes. However, I am pleased we got that many given financial hardships. I think we may have had one withdrawal already. :(
I hope all entered will now lock themselves in thier bedrooms until the TT to avoid fractures etc stopping them getting here!!
