Ive just got off the phone with EMRA as theyve got an issue with the website entries. If you are wanting to enter the 1st round please give them a call on 01455 360260.

Entries are low at the moment, so if no more go in pretty quickly the sidecars will be dropped from the round!

Why arn't people entering? It's the begining of the season, surely some outfits need shake downs?
You'll be the first to complain when sidecars are finally dropped from the club schedules!

Firstly it's the same weekend as Bemsee are at Silverstone. It wasn't announced before the alternative event was open for entries. They cancelled one round because it wasn't normally well supported most years when many sidecars would be at the TT; in 2021 when there was no TT. They opened and closed entries for another round in 4 days, quickly refunding the entries they had received. This is 'constructive failure'.

Notwithstanding between running the same weekend surely there are enough sidecars about to get 14 at mallory. I was going to run our classic just to support the modern stuff in the hope that emra keep the class alive.
Unfortunately it seems those fir whom the class exists don't share the same enthusiasm
Thankfully classic fields are growing again this year so I've plenty of good racing to look forward to

I was about to enter, but have now read this. Outfit isn't quite ready but made the decision to push it to support EMRA. What a shame it has now been cancelled.
