F2 MRE for possible swap with Windle or RCN F1 600

Hello, I would like an exchange of my f2 mre 2006.
2 600 gsxr engine prepared. cam shaft cylinder heads.
6 wheels. new swing arm.
3 rain wheel. and 3 new slicks.
carbon platform. flat carbon bottom.
new fan.
possible windle exchange, rcn f1 600 - would consider taking 1000cc and converting.
