This picture was taken in 1987 in Zandvoort, Holland. The meeting was an international meeting and I think the driver in the picture is from the UK.
Can anybody help?

That's Paul Atkinson from Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. Not sure of passenger but possibly Ian Waller.
