I am in need of a different shaped screen, I am thinking of making them. It seems vacuum moulding is the process with bucks. Can anybody tell me how its done and how to make the bucks, I have heard elliptical bucks can be made without carving them?

Not saying that you will get it right first time, but it’s not rocket science.
The basics for DIY are, two sheets of plywood, a sheet of screen material, polypropylene or such like, some heat and an air line. . . .what can possibly go wrong !!
