National License signatures? Number of outfits in a race?

I've looked through the ACU handbook and can't find the answer for this!

I know about the recent "avg race speed within 90% of the class winners" rule amendment.

But how many outfits need to be in your class for you to be eligible for a national signature?

The reason I ask is that we race an F1 and we might consider going to the NG meeting at Cadwell. However having seen the entry list so far - we'd be the only F1 there.

I know NG would be listing the race as sidecars with 2 classes within the same race - F2 and Open, just as they did at Brands.

So if we went and raced would we get a national signature?

Spoken to the ACU and have a definitive answer!

There is no minimum number of outfits in your class needed. So if you're the only F1 in the race - then you'd get a national signature.

And I wasn't going mad in my thinking, as they did use to have a rule that said the race must have a minimum of 6 finishers in your class in order for it to be race that you could use for national signatures.

Right, I'm happy now.
