Rainlights At The TT
Anyone needing a rainlight at the TT, please let me know (via P.M. or below); I will be taking some out there (Borealis Rain Light) on behalf of John Chandler. I will be located in Paddock C, with Sidecar 37 (Dave Hirst & Ben Binns). The price is £29.50, cash only, please (I am not in a position to discount, or offer credit, so please don't ask). I will be arriving on the Island next Friday (23rd), at around 6pm, so feel free to find me any time that evening, or after.

No problems, Chris; I'll be round the paddock most of the time, see you there.

Did I see, in a previous post, a comment about solo's requiring a rain light? I've done a search but can't find it. Did I dream it?
No pleasure is worth giving up for the sake of two more years in a geriatric home.

Re: Rainlights At The TT
I think solos do require them at the TT (plus BSB, possibly), from what I recall reading in the regs.

They do require them now on solo's at the TT. It's new rule for this year.

Re: Rainlights At The TT
The question was raised whether sidecar rain lights for the TT need to be switchable while riding.
I queried this with Sophie and the reply from Garry via Sophie is that the lights need to be as per the regs for sidecar lights in the ACU hand book.
So, that means they don't need to be switchable while riding. So all you with Borealis lights are OK.
Hope that helps
Cheers.
John.
