Hiring/Leasing sidecar for TT

Hi, I'm considering racing at the TT in 2015 and would be interested to know if it is possible to lease
a sidecar as a package or bring my own engine etc. I am keen to work out the costs involved as opposed to freighting my own from Australia.
As you can imagine freight costs back and forth will be quite expensive so money may be better spent leasing a sidecar already on
the island or from England.
Any help would be appreciated
