Newcomer weekends

OK, folks... I need some input from you.
Can I have feedback on how/if you feel it has helped you...
How it can be improved/developed.....
I am planning the November and February weekends now, and, given that we will undoubtedly have an even smaller budget than previous years (times are hard and the crops have failed...

We have some very far-travelled bookings already, and some not so far... 15+ individuals.. amazing...
Contact me if you want to be part of it, as newcomer, improver, recidivist or mentor...
Help will be given to first timers with travel, I can help with accommodation, and the experienced guys will help the newcomers learn the course... the basic principles stay the same.
Dates are November 2/3 and February 22/23
