Pikes Peak, check out the drop off the edge!

Unread post by steve-e »

From about 7mins on some of the drops off the edge are like going off the side of the world. And what about a lack of marshals? If you fell off in some of them places help would take a long time getting to you.
How are you supposed to remember all them turns, so many look the same!

Oh, come on, there's only 157 corners,
in 11 minutes

Hope to take the F2 there next year. See if we can be competitive with half the displacement. ;)

I was speaking with Ken Kyler who has competed their a couple of times and he mentioned that in the few corners that had some guard rail, any error on an sidecar would result in a trajectory that would completely miss the guard rail. His advice was don't make any errors.

750?
I wouldn't run anything that small. ;) ;)
I took the shell off my racing snail thinking it would make him faster.
It just made him more sluggish.
