a team of six shed built landspeed racers are heading to BSW from england, bikes are all aircooled and range from 1941-1981 except one watercooled h*nd*- :|
we have the BBC making a two hour documentary , they are flying a film crew of 11 out to film the action ,including a drone aircraft , thats minging with cameras-[will it keep up?]
should be interesting stuff-set to air in jan 2013 BBC2- it follows the builds of six bikes in there respective sheds all over england-and one bike engined car built in scotland [kawasaki 289mph]
be a nice change to see some real bikes built by there owners on tv ,as opposed to a pair of thespian twats in plastic pyjamas or some spoilt american hammer heads.
follow the heated discussions , dyno room disasters , and gereral oil based dramas-

wish us all luck!

Have a look at these guys too... just a group of fellas who fancied tackling a long moribund world speed record.. on a shoestring... it's very Burt Monro, but very professionally done. Good luck, Gentlemen!
