Mark, are you sure it's 94mph to qualify? I was under the impression it's now 120% of the 3rd fastest rider's time. I may have that wrong though!

Newcomers always used to get a disspensation of 2 minutes ? Or is my memory playing tricks. 94 mph used to be the qualifying speed for everyone. I know its different now ,thats why Im curious.

Looks like Jo is correct - just had a look at the Regs:

120% of the time set by the third fastest qualifying team in the class

The qualifying result sheets also have this:

Riders Marked in Italics Have Yet to Qualify

So at the moment qualifying time would be around 24 mins...
What I'm wondering - can the currently qualified drivers lose that if the fastest 3 produce some quicker laps later in the week ?
