Dad's main thing when building stuff was triangulating, triangles are the strongest way.. he'd have been hard pressed to find a triangle still left in that lot, well done Bruv

That hurt that did luckily went in backwards / sideways.

The engine mount and a sizeable lump of engine casing got ripped out the engine when we went in, the stopping distance of 3 foot horizontal, 10 ft vertical, didnt help. The weight of the front wheel stopping so suddenly buckled the front suspension and the weight of me still on the brake pedal bent the brake pedal

Still we rebuilt the fairing from lots of little bits, and 3 months later after Dad and Graham built another Bike, I went and flipped it first time out at sears in the rain on friday practice, except for that the rest of the week end went Brilliantly, never felt so calm Racing, after flipping, it got rid of any qualms.

Still feel the effects of the (Russels) accident on my back though, 19 years on

Smiffy, you're right about the tow in but if you don't try you will never know.
