Yer right Steve - Dave Wallis was the owner - used to go rather well on it too IIRC :D

Have driven an NSU powered outfit a couple of times, compared to the Trumphs that I had then it was boodly awesome :P

Who built it though? Was it dave kay or something like that? I think he also built repro mv's but im a bit hazy. I know it was built half kneeler because he Couldnt fit on a full kneeler, dodgy leg or summat.

I'm sure he did, that would be the only place I would have seen it when dad raced there. Do you remember Kay that had an NSU? Was it that one? I remember there was a taller one around as well early on but it's hazy (and it's only 8 o'clock before you start on me  )

Spot the AMC / Quaife gearbox running backwards, same as the Fath URS.

Camathias & the rest who raced in this era were heroes, engines as powerfull as most that are raced today, 16 inch wheels, drum brakes, leathers that gave no protection! No wonder so many riders & passengers lost their lives.
Still remembered after 40 years :)
