Re: where have they gone ??????
Brian is opening a new shop and got busy with stuff, which pays for him to race.
Roger Body, as you know is not in a position to race at the moment.
That takes 2 off the list.
It's not easy keepin up with you fast guys Stu, and some people would rather not try than embarass themselves.
I was very impressed with Tim Antill coming out and having a go, enjoyed the weekend from what he told me and didn't embarass himself at all. We need more people like Tim to have a go. Phil and myself are up for next season (he doesn't know that yet, guess he does now ) as long as we don't throw me at the scenery again in a careless fashion, or I'll just pack up and type stuff instead.

Re: where have they gone ??????
Well why not put up the list and beside the team give a reason why they are not there or if there is no reason people can get on to them to find out why they are not turning up...
This is the very reason we gave up with the racing in the uk as we are a fully comitted team and just got fed up of wasters f**king the good things up...
Don't get why some people don't want to come along and come last as you can only learn being on the track with some of the best in the world, what we did in the eastern airways championship a few years ago..

Yes - where have they all gone?
Think the F1's seem to be struggling in general at the moment.
The worlds racing with a small grid - 15-16 at a time, ditto for the British.
So whats the problem? Cost - possibly, time off Work - possibly.
Im sure people in the British would sooner a full grid with slower teams coming on board rather than a depleated one with only the faster guys.
Looks more impressive to backers if there is a full grid.

Re: where have they gone ??????
well we're still plugging away with it, but it is a bit demotivational at times struggling with money, especially when your so tantalisingly close to getting some prize money (not won a penny back yet this year, and at £310 a weekend its dear!) you just gota keep plugging away at it I suppose...

Re: where have they gone ??????
I thought the racing at Cadwell was very well organised...............no time was wasted between races, my own personal view that is, don't know what anyone else thought.............and as for teams who have signed up to do the rounds and then don't turn up why not fine them as they do in superside, I am assuming that is still enforced?????

Re: where have they gone ??????
yes thats it.
Many reasons not to turn up.
May be the idea of bringing a reserve team in case of teamproblems could change anything. Organizers should think about this idea.
Same problem everywhere. Wait until the last two races in Germany. Always space on the grid.
Bye Eckart

I fail to see how sodding off and racing abroad helps the situation in this countrydave d wrote:Well why not put up the list and beside the team give a reason why they are not there or if there is no reason people can get on to them to find out why they are not turning up...
