How do you get this bearing retainer off a Windle wheel

Unread post by tekguyonroad »

As the topic subject indicates, I can't figure out what is holding the bearing hub to the wheel. I prefer not to destroy the hub by using a press. I've stuck a piece of welding wire into the bolt holes and it protrudes into the Windle hub so there doesn't appear to be any kind of mechanical fasteners used. The bearings need to be replaced so any help would be greatly appreciated.
