All depends never ever been in a gym Do a manual job and do 60 laps a week round donington on a bike instructing never had a problem holding on. Only thing I have ever used as a training aid is a power ball. Think Kev Jones used a similar thing but its called Babe station!!

So can someone give me some information on Val de Vienne. Is there hook ups ? What lead do I need to plug into there supply. Also does anyone have any cheap ferry contacts please

If you mean complyent Steve It's the new emission standards all bikes must comply with. Kawasaki,s new zx10 is the first new bike to adhere to the rules including modified heads and massive cat in the exhaust.

So been talking to e few people today about the future of the 600. With people moving to long bikes with 600 in them what does the future hold with most manufacturer's phasing out there 600 engines over the next few years. Well not developing them enough to make them euro 4 complyent so not ...

I'm sure that everyone who came and supported the meeting at East Fortune will be glad to hear they should have been at Scarborough. Not sure why it was the place to be. But I enjoyed East fortune in would pick that place any day over Scarborough.

So been as everyone is shouting there Tt numbers I just wondered how you get your chosen for you what they look for.. Also how do you get in the prestigious top ten. Is that based on previous lap times and race results?
