Re: Race meeting ideas

Sorry forgot to say the one of the worst offenders in the scene is the CRMC, they are more interested in production 600 Japanese rubbish than any other classes and if you think otherwise look at the Classic Motorcycle Racing site, which is nothing to do with the CRMC and see theopinions on there As...

John Hartell

It's with great sadness I report that John passed away yesterday. John was a great character and we had many laughs and good times with him. He was no mean driver in his day until a bad accident at the TT in the early 90's. He then continued to support Rod and later Conrad Harrison. We'll miss his d...

Re: Donington Park 5th/6th September UPDATE

Can somebody please explain to me, in a factual way, why there is a race for classic sidecars at this meeting when there is also a race meeting for classic sidecars with the CRMC on the same day elsewhere? I ask this question to find out why this has happened, not to open an opportunity for people t...

Re: Need help

Karl thinks it is Steve Sinnott's old bike. Mostly Windle but has been hacked about a bit.

Re: Need help

It's a bit of a long shot but that looks quite similar to an outfit Steve Sinnott built. I'll ask Karl if he knows.

I'm fairly certain that Brian and Kathy Latham were on a Hopper chassis.

Re: From Paul Riley - 40yr maximum age for Newcomers at TT

This ruling seems very arbitrary for a number of reasons. Why 40? why not 35 or 45? If you are fit enough and qualify through the medical and your results, surely your age is irrelevant. Apparently this move is aimed at getting younger competitors to do the TT. Just how does this rule achieve that? ...

Southern 100 Investigation

The Manx Independent Carrier reports : Last Tuesday, the Southern One Hundred Club held an investigation into the totally blameless racing non-incident between Trim Leaves and the Bargeall brothers on the Blown circuit during this year’s Sidecar Championship race. The committee, which comprised of ...
