Mallory are still prepared to run test sessions for sidecars Thursday 18th on the proviso that 12 attend.

This is the last chance of useful testing for a few teams before heading across to the Island for the TT, so I've been asked that anyone who has been planning on going please register your interest with Mallory Park Circuit as soon as possible.

There will be 5-6 sessions during the course of the full day at a cost of £140, please contact the circuit on 01455502214 if you are wanting to go.

  • Val de Vienne, testing Wednesday.

Dry conditions, but very dull and cold.

Once again the pit lane was a very busy place, as was the track.
The top teams were finding it very hard to get clear track so they could put in some fast laps, but again it was Reeves and Cluze who were setting the pace, they were working on suspension settings, as were a lot of teams.

The "Santander Salt/L&W Contactors" team consisting of three bikes have had a good three days testing so far. Andy Peach and Charlie Richardson have been working with suspension settings and they changed an engine for running in purposes. They are very happy with how things have been going and their lap times are steadily getting faster.

  • Val De Vienne Test 2016. Testing Day Two, Big Wally's Notebook..

From Wally, a report and of course some top quality photography from Day Two of the VDV Test in France. Thanks Wal mate!

Things were certainly heating up at the Val de Vienne today. Bright sunshine, no wind, and the sidecar teams upped the pace. Every session was full to bursting on track from first thing in the morning till the last chequered flag late afternoon.

  • A small gallery from Mark Walters at Val De Vienne

I think the guys over there are starting to get their connection sorted a bit better - hopefully.

Here we have the photos that should have been with the first report.. I'll put them on separate so you don't miss them.

  • Teeside Testing, New Year's Day

Kat up at Teeside Autodrome will be running some testing on New Year's Day from 9am to 4pm, numbers permitting of course.

There are almost enough already showing interest, if you're interested in taking the outfit for a run give Kat a call on 07523 082977 to confirm so it goes ahead, the cost will depend on how many confirm, the more the better!

Remember it's non ACU - so you don't need a licence if you want to scare a mate, I mean take a newcomer for a test run.
