Reeves and Wilkes were on top form for their 5th round of the FSRA British f2 sidecar championship at Cadwell Park last weekend. The pair dominated during practice and qualifying, topping the time sheets; Qualifying in pole position for the race with their personal best ever lap time around the circuit of 1:38.127

The first race of the weekend saw Team 35 battling with Pete Founds and Jevan walmsley (72), Lee Crawford and Patrick Farrance (17).

During lap three Pete Founds took the lead ahead of Sean. Unfortunately Founds lost his passenger a lap later going round Coppice and was forced to retire, leaving Reeves and Crawford to battle it out together.

The two teams put on a spectacular battle for the lead, with lots of close, but safe racing.

Team 35 gave it their best efforts but unfortunately struggled with a gear linkage issue, costing the team valuable time.

The team took second place only 0.232 behind a well deserved team ARC win.

Sunday, Race 2 was earlier than usual and time for the big 12 lapper in glorious sunny weather.

Team 35 started again from pole position and got the holeshot into turn 1, leading from Bryan, Crawford, Holden and Founds.

After lap 1 Reeves got his head down "in the zone" as he later quoted and the team put in relentless consistent 1m.38 laps times.

At the finish line the team took their first British championship win this season with some 5 seconds lead from Crawford and Farrance with Holden and Neave some 18 seconds adrift in 3rd.
