I pulled over at clearways once after a thump and decrease in power with a ZX10 Engine, after stopping on the Grass I looked back and saw the number 3 conrod on the circuit. At this point I switched off the engine which was still ticking over… Then the Oil on the Exhaust caught fire, and we sprayed it in extinguisher to put it out ๐Ÿ™„

Hi Folks, Ryan Charlwood has started a gofundme page for our good friend and much loved sidecar passenger Shelley.

Shell suffered very serious injuries in a testing accident at VDV in France and is still currently in hospital in France.

The funds are to help Shelley with the cost of returning to Britain as recovery is going to be a very long process.

Founds & Walmsley Victorious In The Battle At Brands

Four-time champions Pete Founds / Jevan Walmsley (LCR Honda) took a fine brace of wins in the opening round of this year’s British F2 Sidecar Championship at Brands Hatch โ€“ but were made to work particularly hard in race two as they had an enthralling tussle with reigning title holders Lee Crawford / Scott Hardie (LCR Suzuki). Meanwhile, Rob Atkinson / Mark Middleton (Bellas Yamaha) made a perfect start to their F2 Cup campaign, taking both class wins in dominant fashion.

Brands Hatch To Host British F2 Championship Opener

A new season begins for the A.C.U. / F.S.R.A. British F2 Sidecar Championship at Brands Hatch with N.G.R.R.C. over the weekend of the 23rd and 24th April. Last year, this same event was dominated by Lee Crawford / Scott Hardie (LCR Suzuki), who took pole position and two convincing wins. The Team A.R.C. pairing went on to take a total of nine wins, and a further three podium places from thirteen starts, landing the prestigious title by 114 points.
